Return & Refund Policy
Return window: 3 days (72 hours) from the date of delivery for eligible cases.
Digital product nature: All products sold on Gamepinz.com (CD Keys, Gift Cards, License Keys, E-Pins, Game Coins) are digital goods delivered instantly by email. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the key or code has been delivered and/or activated.


Eligible for refund or replacement:
The product key or code is invalid, already used, or does not activate as described.
The product delivered is different from what was ordered.
A technical fault on our side prevented successful delivery.
Issues are reported within 3 days of delivery.


Not eligible for refund:
The key has been activated or redeemed by the customer.
Purchasing the wrong product, wrong region, or incompatibility with customer's system.
Change of mind after purchase.
Requests made more than 3 days after delivery.


Resolution: For verified faulty or undelivered products, we will provide a replacement key or a full refund within 3 business days of verification.
