Digital Products Shipping Policy

The digital products you purchase are delivered instantly to your e-mail address and no shipping fee is charged.
Delays may occur in busy orders, but they will be delivered at the latest within the day.

Digital Products Return and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds or exchanges for digital products you purchase. However, if you experience a problem with the product, please contact our customer support team.
If there is a problem caused by us, the product will be replaced with a new one.

Returns and exchanges for digital products (CD Keys, E-pins, license keys, etc.) are only valid if the product is faulty or not working. Any issues must be reported within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Returns are not accepted in cases of user-related errors (such as purchasing the wrong product, incorrect usage, or region incompatibility). For technically verified issues, a replacement or refund will be provided promptly.
